About Richard

Do you believe in wizards? Because Rich is one. I'm serious. As a first time puppy owner, Rich was patient as he taught me exactly what to do and say to help my puppy feel comfortable from day one. He provided clear guidance and actions from eating, sleeping, playing, training - you name it, he knows the right way to do it! My puppy has been with us a week, and everyone he meets says he's a "magic dog" because he's so well-behaved and gentle. It's because Rich is indeed a wizard.
